With a range of food outlets, including Koopa Café, On The Green, Bistro forty20, 8 function rooms, Dolphins NRL catering and a 10,000-seat KAYO Stadium, supported by over 50,000 Dolphin members, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and thriving environment. Key Responsibilities will include:

Contribute to department operations, including menu input, food preparation and presentation.

Assist Executive, Head Chef and Sous Chef with all culinary requiremnents, while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Maintain consistent food standards and cleaning/hygiene routines.

Lead kitchen departments to ensure efficient and productive delivery of quality foods.

Assist the wider catering team in maintaining catering techniques and procedures, food safety regulations and workplace health and safety.

What we’re looking for:

Experience working in the kitchen at a high level.

Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications.

Undeniable pride for creating and delivering consistent, high quality produce.

Solid experience with a kitchen team.

Passion for innovative and showcasing creativity menu design.

The ability to work under pressure whilst executing precise time management skills involving planning and prioritising.

Capability to perform in a fast-paced Kitchen with an ever growing function operation.
