Industrial Maintenance Electrician – Day Shift Only

We’re a respected leader in the building and interiors industry, and we’re looking for a qualified Maintenance Electrician to join our high-performing Ballarat team. This is a day shift-only role in a modern facility with a strong safety culture and a supportive, self-led team.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a key part of our maintenance team, you’ll help keep our 24/7 manufacturing operations running smoothly by:

• Diagnosing and repairing electrical breakdowns (80% of issues are electrical)
• Working with PLCs, sensors, motors, pumps, and telemetry systems
• Supporting continuous improvement (CI) initiatives
• Maintaining high safety and housekeeping standards
• Collaborating with production teams to resolve faults quickly and effectively

What You’ll Need

• A Grade Electrical Licence (essential)
• Strong fault-finding skills and a willingness to learn PLCs (Allen Bradley), SCADA (Citect), and VSDs
• A proactive, safety-first mindset and a team-oriented attitude
