About the Role

As a Full-Time Electrician at OneCrew, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and executing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across commercial projects. This position is key to ensuring seamless operation for our clients by delivering expert service and leadership to our on-site teams.

What You'll Be Doing ⚡

- Manage and coordinate electrical installations, service calls, and repair work across client sites

- Provide technical guidance to team members, ensuring all work meets safety standards and electrical codes

- Liaise with clients to understand requirements, schedule jobs, and communicate progress

- Organise materials and parts required for efficient job completion

- Identify opportunities to improve our electrical service offering through innovation and process optimisation

- Participate in on-call duties to respond to urgent electrical issues outside standard hours

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a licensed electrician, preferably in commercial settings

- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage technicians and apprentices effectively

- Excellent client communication and customer service skills

- Thorough understanding of electrical system design, installation standards, and fault diagnosis

- Proven critical thinking and troubleshooting skills

- Current electrical license and relevant certifications
