The Opportunity
Our Brisbane office, located in Pinkenba, is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Structural Draftsperson to become a key member of our dynamic team. This full-time role offers an exciting mix of projects, from ultra-luxury residential dwellings and hospitality venues to large format industrial structures.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage drafting projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting high standards.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and clients to produce precise and innovative structural designs.
Contribute to diverse project types, including residential, commercial, hospitality, and industrial developments.
Support and mentor junior team members and trainees, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Embrace new technology, particularly BIM, to improve project workflows and quality of documentation.
Who You Are
A dedicated professional with 5+ years of Revit structural drafting experience.
Proven experience working as a Lead or Senior Structural Drafter within an engineering consultancy.
Skilled in detailing structural steel, timber and reinforced concrete projects.
Passionate about delivering quality work and eager to contribute to project success.
An excellent communicator who thrives on teamwork and collaboration.
