The Client:
My client is a provider of specialised trenchless plumbing and drainage solutions for customers in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. With over 15 years of expertise, they are known as the go to in their field across the greater Perth region.

With a name as synonymous in their field, they are experiencing continued growth, and as such are looking to add new members to their drainage and relining teams. The Role:
There are two divisions of on-road teams, effectively split into a diagnosis crew and a re-lining crew. Initially, most of the on-the-job training will be through the diagnosis team using the CCTV and Water Jet equipment, however those with transferable skills or experience may start in re-lining if the client sees fit.

The day-to-day of the role involves responding to multiple customer enquiries across the greater Perth region. It is continuous and can be fast-paced, however there is a strong focus on customer engagement and identifying solutions to their problems – so the aim is not to rush through things. Most jobs each day will be different and often require some problem-solving; therefore, the successful applicants will need to be able to think on the spot and be comfortable liaising with customers as well as trades on commercial sites.

Due to changing customer demands, there is often a need for re-prioritising through the day, therefore as part of the on-road team you will need to be flexible and open to plans changing.

Who Are We Looking For?
First and foremost, you must be reliable, with a good attitude and willing to positively contribute to the existing workplace culture. Previous experience in draining or plumbing along with certifications will be required.

Detailed requirements as below:

• Plumbing or drainage certifications (or equivalent experience in draining)
• Manual driving licence for use of work vehicles
• Working at heights and confined space tickets
• Good communicator and customer first mentality
• Comfortable with re-prioritising through the workday
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to think outside the box
• Confident to speak with trades on sites and explain issues / solutions to them
