What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and efficient customer service, answering queries, and processing sales transactions

Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the store, including stocking shelves and displays

Assisting with the preparation and packaging of baked goods and other products

Adhering to all health, safety, and food hygiene standards

Collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience

What we're looking for

Strong customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude

Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Basic food preparation and handling experience (desirable, but not essential)

Good communication and teamwork skills

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays

Barista experience (desirable, but not essential)
