We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a casual Customer Service Representative. As a vital member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our clients. Responsibilities & Duties:

Welcome customers to our store, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Conduct pool water testing for customers and effectively explain the results.

Assist customers in identifying and fulfilling their spare part requirements.

Efficiently book customer pool servicing jobs, ensuring accurate scheduling.

Process retail purchases promptly and accurately.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of shop shelves and warehouse.

Adhere to general housekeeping duties to ensure a tidy and presentable environment.

Participate in stocktaking activities as required.

Handle filing and scanning of receipts with meticulous attention to detail.

Follow all workplace health and safety (WHS) procedures, including safe lifting practices for 20kg bags.

Assist with marketing, projects and accounts as required.

Personal Qualities:

Available from 1pm – 5pm Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts and additional hours during the week when required.

Exhibit a fast-learning ability coupled with a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Demonstrate reliability and flexibility to meet the dynamic demands of the role.

Display amazing initiative and work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Possess exceptional phone etiquette, communicating professionally and efficiently.

Experience:

Pool shop experience is not required as comprehensive training and support will be provided.

Previous customer service or retail experience is essential.

Possession of a forklift license is a bonus but not required.

Prior ownership of a pool is advantageous, providing relevant industry insight.
