About the role

Smart Australia Education and Migration Pty Ltd is seeking a Registered Migration Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Registered Migration Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized immigration and visa services to our diverse client base, assisting with all aspects of Australian visa applications and immigration matters. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the continued growth and success of our organization.

What you'll be doing

Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on Australian visa eligibility and application processes

Preparing and lodging visa applications

Identifying the most suitable visa options for clients

Representing clients in immigration-related matters, such as appeals and review processes

Staying up-to-date with changes in Australian immigration legislation and policies

Maintaining detailed records and providing regular progress updates to clients

What we're looking for

Registration with MARA (Migration Agents Registration Authority)

Candidates with experiences may be preferred but not a requirement.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proactive and customer-focused approach
