At Your Enabled Services (Y.E.S.), we are currently seeking compassionate female support workers to join our team, with a strong focus on client mentoring, working in clients’ private homes, and centre based group activities. We are especially keen to hear from applicants in Brisbane’s North and South sides, including:

Bribie Island

Redcliffe

Caboolture

Brendale

Southside Brisbane suburbs

What We’re Looking For

Strong English communication skills – clear, articulate, and confident

A genuine, caring nature and professional attitude

Ability to work independently and manage time well

Reliable and available to work flexibly to meet client needs across different shift times.

A keen interest in facilitating Craft, Music and Group activities would be a bonus.

Certificate III (or working towards) in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support, or a related field

Willingness to travel between client homes

Essential Checks:

You are an Australian citizens or permanent residents with full, ongoing work rights in Queensland. Visa holders need not apply.

NDIS Worker Screening Card or Police check

NDIS Orientation Module (free online training)

Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

First Aid and CPR

Drivers license, reliable car, insured & registered.

Job Types:

Casual / Part-time (Minimum 20+ hrs per week)
