The Role:

You’ll provide end-to-end admin support to the claims team, ensuring accurate data entry, timely processing, and excellent communication with stakeholders.

Day-to-day duties include:

• Processing and tracking claims documentation
• Updating internal systems with accuracy
• Liaising with brokers, customers, and internal departments
• Ensuring compliance with company processes
• Supporting the team with general administrative duties

About You:

• Previous experience in insurance or claims administration preferred
• Strong attention to detail and good across systems
• Process-driven, reliable and organised
• A strong communicator who enjoys being part of a collaborative team
• Available to start immediately or on short notice
