THE POSITION

Reporting to the Senior Accountant, you will take responsibility for the management of the Accounts Payable function including the administration of company credit cards, commissions payable, intercompany accounts and bank reconciliations.

• Processing supplier invoices
• Coding and allocation of company credit card and staff reimbursements
• Coordinating all EFT payments
• Reconciliation of Credit and General ledgers
• Daily bank reconciliations
• Assisting with month end process
• Calculation of post monthly commissions

THE PERSON

You will be required to have a basic understanding of accounting concepts, and a self-motivated individual, who has a strong work ethic, can show initiative and is willing to contribute to a fun and positive environment.
