This is an opportunity to work on a high-end apartment development project with a builder developer. You will be delivering $100 million plus, on high-end apartment development projects located in Sydney and Wollongong

• Head Contractor Long term pipeline of projects
• Location: Sydney
• Salary range: $225,000 - $280,000 Package negotiable dependent on experience and value you can bring.

What you will be doing?
In this role you’ll be leading the project with a Site Manager, Contract Administrators and subcontractors. Projects range goes well above $100M for high-end apartment developments. You will be responsible for managing the project life cycle, liaising with all stakeholders to communicate deadlines, encouraging a collaborative team environment leading to successful delivery of timelines & budgets.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone that has demonstrated experience in delivering commercial new build or Multi Res projects. Ideally exposure to project above $50 million would help with being successful in this role. Strong ability to adapt and overcome challenges, and communication clearly with stakeholders.
