Role: Civil Site Engineer – Subdivision & Infrastructure Projects
Location:South QLD & Lismore Regions
Salary range: $95,000 – $110,000 + Super + Vehicle
Hours: Full-time | 7am – 5pm | Paid OT on ordinary 38 hours

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Civil Site Engineer to serve as a key link between site crews and the Project Engineer. This newly created role has emerged due to high project demand, and you’ll play a vital part in ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to spec.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the full project lifecycle: tender handover, site establishment, construction staging, and delivery
• Manage subcontractors and construction crews to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery
• Oversee safety, quality, and compliance with IMS documentation (PMPs, SWMs, MSDs)
• Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on performance, costs, and progress
• Liaise with local councils, service authorities, and clients
• Procure materials, equipment, and resources as needed
• Drive continuous improvement across operations

You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 2+ years of experience as a Site Engineer on subdivision, road, or infrastructure projects
• Strong planning, programming, and subcontractor management skills
• Proven experience in earthworks, roads, pavements, structures, and civil infrastructure
• Experience with council and authority liaison
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• A driven, confident, and results-focused personality
