The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Allied Health Practitioner to join our team of in-house professionals across Psychology, Social Work and Counselling. This role is based at our Midland, Mirrabooka & Joondalup offices. Depending on the experience and capability of the successful candidate, this role also has the potential to be offered at a Team Leader level, providing leadership and clinical oversight to our Allied Health team.
Our Allied Health professionals complement the work of our Employment Services Consultants, taking a holistic approach to addressing barriers to employment, from personal development to drug and alcohol treatment and mental health support.
You will:
Support clients in achieving personal growth and development through individualised counselling and guidance.
Work collaboratively with Impact teams and actively participate in case review meetings to ensure coordinated client support.
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' unique goals and barriers, providing motivation and guidance towards employment pathways.
Deliver counselling sessions using a range of therapeutic interventions and implement ongoing support plans tailored to client needs.
Provide vocational counselling to assist clients in identifying suitable career paths and employment opportunities.
Liaise with and refer clients to appropriate local health professionals and community services as required.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including detailed case notes and professional reports.
About you:
Do you have a Bachelor/Master of Social Work or related Allied Health qualifications?
Are you a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers, or do you hold an equivalent certification?
Knowledge of Employment Services (desirable).
Have a passion for working towards positive outcomes and assisting individuals into meaningful employment.
High level of communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
Knowledge of Psychology assessments/ or intervention strategies.
Current drivers licence and reliable transport.

Qualification details
A valid Australian Drivers Licence
