About the Role

The Weekend Showroom Concierge plays a key role in ensuring visitors feel valued from the moment they arrive. The successful candidate will deliver outstanding hospitality, maintain the showroom's professional appearance, and assist with inquiries to provide an exceptional overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.
• Deliver clear and accurate information to customers about products and services.
• Address inquiries with professionalism and resolve concerns where needed.
• Escalate any complex customer concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the showroom space.
• Ensure visitor amenities, including café provisions, are fully stocked and maintained.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and operational policies.
• Work collaboratively with the Showroom Manager to refine operational procedures.
• Support additional tasks as needed to enhance the overall visitor experience.

Additional Information:

This is a casual role with weekend hours from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Sundays.
