An immediately available opportunity now exists for an experienced Team Administrator / Team PA to join a market leading and reputable Financial Services organisation based in Melbourne's CBD.

This business are experiencing an exciting period of transformation and growth. We are looking for a resilient and experienced financial services support professional to join their team.

As Team Assistant / PA, you will look after the team with comprehensive administrative support including;
- High level presentation collation
- Travel coordination (extensive), diary management and expense processing
- Document preparation
- Invoice processing, expenses and general administrative experience as required
- Board coordination, papers and meeting management
- Minute taking and preparation of documents

About you;

As the pivotal support person for this team, it is imperative that you have previous experience in a similar support role. You are resilient, fast paced, with a meticulous attention to detail. Your MS Office skills are advanced and you will excel in a pressurised and deadline driven environment.
