We are looking for an experienced and hands-on leader to manage Council's Water and Sewer/STEDS Schemes and ensure the safe, reliable and efficient delivery of water and wastewater services to our communities.

As the Water and Wastewater Operations Manager, you will provide strategic, financial and operational leadership across a broad scope of infrastructure disciplines - civil, mechanical, electrical, control systems and asset management. You'll lead a skilled and committed team, drive continuous improvement, and foster a strong safety and service-focused culture.

This role is ideal for a practical, solutions-driven leader who is equally comfortable in the field and in the office. You'll take an active role in onsite works, contractor management, and team supervision to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and long-term asset sustainability.
