Your new role

We are currently recruiting for two pivotal positions:

• Senior Accountant: You will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing tailored accounting and advisory services. You'll work closely with the Partners and mentor junior staff, contributing to strategic planning and client relationship management.
  
• Business Services Manager: In this leadership role, you'll oversee the delivery of business services, drive process improvements, and support the firm's growth initiatives. You'll be a key advisor to clients, managing complex engagements and leading a high-performing team.
  

Both roles offer the opportunity to work directly with the Partners, gain exposure to a broad range of industries, and contribute to the firm's strategic direction.

What you'll need to succeed

• CA/CPA qualification (or near completion)
• Proven experience in public practice, ideally within a business services or advisory environment
• Strong technical knowledge in accounting, tax, and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, ambitious mindset with a desire to grow your career in a fast-paced, supportive environment
• Leadership experience (for the Manager role) and a passion for mentoring others
