The Role:

PHSA are on the look out for Social Workers seeking a case management role with varied clientele, varied assessment and case management services on offer. This role enables you to support clientele with their psychosocial needs, community and employment needs.

Requirements:

Full Membership with AASW.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Prior experience working as a social worker or working within the occupational rehabilitation sector (preferred not essential)

Have a current driver's licence and motor vehicle
