🧡 Support Worker Duties:

Provide person-centred care and daily living assistance

Support participants with community access, appointments, and social activities

Help with household tasks, meal prep, and personal care

Empower individuals to reach their personal goals

Document notes accurately after each shift

📋 Support Coordinator Duties:

Help participants understand and implement their NDIS plans

Connect clients with services and build their support networks

Monitor plan effectiveness and troubleshoot service issues

Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation

Advocate for participant goals and independence

📎 Requirements

Cert III or IV in Disability, Community Services, or similar (or willingness to study)

Current Police Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening (or ability to obtain)

Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle

Basic understanding of the NDIS (training provided)
