Key Responsibilities:
Process orders, returns, and customer accounts via SAP
Liaise with DHL to ensure timely deliveries and resolve logistics issues
Respond to customer queries by phone and email
Maintain accurate reports on sales, deliveries, inventory, and orders
About You:
Experience in customer service/logistics
Strong SAP skills (essential)
Experience with DHL (highly regarded)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
