We are partnering with a leading architectural aluminum window manufacturer to recruit an experienced, relationship-driven Sales Representative. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering to Victoria’s premium residential and commerical sectors.

ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a strategic client-facing role, suited to someone who understands the nuances of high-end residential construction and can deliver bespoke window solutions to discerning clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of premium residential builders, architects, and developers
• Developing strategic account plans to increase product specification and repeat business
• Offering technical support and design consultation to ensure seamless project delivery
• Identifying and converting high-quality leads within luxury residential and architectural markets
• Representing the business with a strong commercial and customer-first mindset
• Collaborating closely with internal design, estimating, and operations teams
• Staying ahead of market trends, project pipelines, and competitor activities

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking a polished, knowledgeable, and solutions-driven account manager with a background in high-end building products or architectural glazing.

You will bring:

• A track record of success in account management or technical sales, ideally within windows, façades, cladding, or architectural building materials
• Experience working with top-tier residential builders, architects, or construction professionals
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to articulate premium product benefits to design-led clients
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and a consultative approach
• A genuine interest in architecture, design, and residential construction trends
• CRM proficiency (e.g. Salesforce) and a high level of organizational discipline
