Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Test Manager to lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple business teams for a critical project. This project involves replacing the existing systems and launching new online portals and correspondence systems, and integrating with various upstream and downstream data systems. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a strong background in test strategy development, test execution, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage business testers across various departments.
- Collaborate with a Test Lead and a team of 4 QAs to manage capacity and priorities.
- Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and cases, balancing the need for creating new methodologies and leveraging existing ones.
- Liaise with senior and executive managers, providing updates and actionable recommendations.
- Act as the main point of contact for testing concerns across departments.
- Support the implementation of new technologies, including Quadient, Salesforce, Snowflake, Workday, OKTA, Mulesoft, and Actimize.
- Ensure seamless testing for new online portals, correspondence systems, and integration with data flows across platforms.
- Identify and implement appropriate testing methodologies.
- Ensure testing aligns with the overall Test Environment approach and project goals.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience in Test Management, particularly in large-scale, cross-departmental projects.
- Strong knowledge of test strategy development and execution.
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as Quadient, Salesforce, Snowflake, Workday, OKTA, Mulesoft, and Actimize is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with senior stakeholders and executive managers.
- Familiarity with managing test environments and coordinating with diverse business teams.
- Certification in testing methodologies is a plus, but extensive experience is more important.
Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
- Familiarity with project reporting tools and frameworks for tracking KPIs and quality metrics.
- Experience working within agile or hybrid delivery frameworks.
Work Arrangement
- The role requires on-site presence at the client office based in Melbourne CBD for three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
- Flexible working options may be available for other days.
