Ready Resources (RR) is seeking an experienced Build Supervisor to lead safe, efficient, and compliant machine builds and overhauls for our key mining clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected name in mining services.

About the Role As a Build Supervisor, you’ll lead a skilled field crew delivering high-quality machine builds and projects, with a strong focus on Liebherr equipment. You'll be the on-site leader responsible for driving performance, upholding safety standards, and ensuring jobs are completed on time and to spec.

• Start: End of July - 3 months work
• Roster: 8:6 Day Shift ONLY
• Shifts: 12.5 hours – Paid in Full
• Meals & Camp Accommodation Provided

What We’re Looking ForMust-Have Experience & Skills:

• Proven background in heavy machinery builds and overhauls – Liebherr experience is essential
• 5+ years in a similar supervisory or leadership role
• Strong safety and compliance mindset with previous experience on mine sites
• OEM background highly regarded – Liebherr, Caterpillar, Komatsu
• Excellent team leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build strong client and supplier relationships

Trade & Licensing Requirements (Any of the following):

• S26 Ticket
• Cert III in Mobile Plant Technology, Engineering (Mechanical or Fabrication), Diesel Fitting
• Current Australian Driver’s License
• HRWL – LF, DG, RB, EWP
• Working at Heights certification
• Full Australian working rights

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate build teams to deliver safe and timely outcomes
• Ensure adherence to site safety and compliance protocols
• Provide hands-on guidance and performance feedback to crews
• Maintain strong communication with clients and suppliers to meet KPIs
• Report on project progress, issues, and solutions to key stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in workflow and execution
