An established truck dealership located in Melbourne’s Laverton area is seeking a Workshop Foreman to lead its busy service department. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role offering excellent conditions, stable employment, and strong hourly rates. This is a hands-on leadership position overseeing daily operations in the workshop. Responsibilities include job allocation, quality control, technical support, mentoring apprentices, and maintaining workflow efficiency. You’ll liaise with service advisors and management to ensure timely repairs and high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified heavy vehicle technician with prior leadership or supervisory experience. You’ll bring a strong technical background, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to managing people and workshop operations. Strong communication and a commitment to safety and quality are essential.
