About the Role:
As a Workshop Technician, you will manage and maintain our workshop operations, with full training provided to ensure your success. This hands-on role involves a variety of tasks, offering opportunities to develop new skills and take on exciting challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Repairing and maintaining scaffold equipment

Loading and unloading trucks

Organizing and maintaining the yard

Assisting with the design and manufacture of prototypes and equipment

Manufacturing and maintaining solar cameras

Performing building repairs and maintenance

Welding and sheet metal work

Conducting minor vehicle maintenance

Operating forklifts and using power tools (e.g., grinders, drill presses, welders) daily

To succeed in this role, you will:

Be physically capable of performing hands-on tasks

Work effectively in a team and provide clear direction to ensure task completion

Have a natural interest and ability in repairs and maintenance

Demonstrate a positive, “can-do” attitude

Be self-motivated, reliable, trustworthy, and professional

Hold a current driver’s license and forklift license

Reside locally in the Bayswater area
