About the Role
As an Independent Outrun Consultant, you'll:
- Identify and engage businesses that can benefit from cost-saving recruitment and tech strategies
- Build and manage your own portfolio of clients
- Present solutions confidently and clearly
- Develop lasting relationships as a trusted business advisor
- Work independently while being part of a collaborative team
What We're Looking For
We're looking for self-motivated sales professionals who want more control, flexibility, and upside in their career.
You might be a recruiter, B2B consultant, or business development manager—or simply someone who understands the power of tech and offshore staffing to drive business success.
Key Skills & Traits:
✔ B2B or recruitment sales experience
✔ Strong commercial acumen and communication skills

✔ Resilient, self-driven, and ambitious
✔ Able to manage time and pipeline independently
