About the Role

As an Independent Outrun Consultant, you'll:

• Identify and engage businesses that can benefit from cost-saving recruitment and tech strategies
• Build and manage your own portfolio of clients
• Present solutions confidently and clearly
• Develop lasting relationships as a trusted business advisor
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative team

What We're Looking For

We're looking for self-motivated sales professionals who want more control, flexibility, and upside in their career.
You might be a recruiter, B2B consultant, or business development manager—or simply someone who understands the power of tech and offshore staffing to drive business success.
