About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. This role offers a flexible and dynamic working environment where you’ll have the opportunity to engage with both our three- and four-year-old programs, adapting and growing with different age groups from year to year
You’ll have the autonomy to confidently lead a high-quality program that reflects your unique teaching style and creativity, while also collaborating closely with a team of like-minded educators to ensure a consistent and integrated service-wide approach.
What You’ll Be Doing
Plan and deliver high-quality, play-based programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
Observe, plan, and document learning, using insights to tailor teaching strategies
Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the team
Foster a nurturing, inclusive and engaging learning environment
Collaborate across rooms to strengthen curriculum continuity
Ensure compliance with all safety, policy, and regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent (ACECQA-approved)
2+ Years Experience as a Kindergarten or Early Years Teacher
Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running in a mid-year program transition
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Current VIT registration, First Aid, and WWCC
