We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher - 3 year old kindergarten, to join our team at Fitzroy Early Learning Centre. About the role:

Oversee the daily operations of a childcare room - including programming, planning, and implementing engaging learning experiences

Lead, mentor and support a team of passionate early childhood educators to deliver exceptional care and education

Ensure all children's developmental, physical, social, and emotional needs are met

Foster positive relationships with families and communicate regularly about children's progress

Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment that adheres to all relevant regulations and policies

Collaborate with the Centre Manager and other Room Leaders to contribute to the overall success of the centre

Participate in ongoing professional development to continuously improve your practice.

About You:

Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education

Have a min. of 1 years’ experience implementing a 3YO Kinder program

Have a positive attitude and passionate approach

Have the ability to lead and mentor a team of educators

Have an understanding of delivering an inquiry based approach to children's learning and development.

Have sound knowledge / Understanding of the EYLF & NQS

Have completed First Aid

Have a current provisional/conditional VIT accreditation.
