Gardener / Horticulturalist / Landscaper

You’ll ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the lawns, gardens and grounds and undertake minor property works including but not limited to;

• Propagating, planting, and pruning of the facility grounds
• Installing plant support and protection devices
• Constructing gravel and paved areas, walls, and fences
• Manage lawn care and irrigation systems
• Responding to feedback and requests for support to improve the environment
  

What we would like to see but not necessary:

• Solid experience in gardening / landscaping / grounds maintenance
• Good knowledge of herbicides, pesticides, and safe work practices
• Demonstrated knowledge of sound WHS practices
• First Aid/CPR Certificates or willingness to obtain
• Current Open driver’s license and own vehicle
• Loves working in a team environment

• Successful applicant is ideally Qualified in Horticulture (Parks & Gardens)
• Or has a minimum of 1-2 years recent experience
• All aspects of general gardening, and grounds maintenance
• Planting & Mulching
• You are reliable, hardworking, showing initiative and have a keen eye for detail.
