HcNco, is a civil construction and plant hire company based in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast. We seek an experienced Operator/Team Leader to join our team immediately. Your role will be crucial in assisting with our ongoing and future projects from Northern NSW to Brisbane.

The ideal candidate should have a valid safety induction card (white card) and SOA for excavators and Posi tracks. Responsibilities include liaising with the project manager to help manage the program, control budgets, and operate excavators (up to 30T) and posi tracks. You must have at least five years of experience operating machines and be knowledgeable in civil works and utilities.
