Position: Used Car Sales Consultant
Location: Edwardstown, SA 5039

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers by providing detailed information on a variety of car models and their features.

Build rapport with customers and understand their needs to recommend the best vehicle options.

Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal.

Adhere to the road to the sale

Shadow senior sales professionals to learn effective sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and customer relationship management.

Participate in regular training sessions to expand product knowledge and enhance sales skills.

Support showroom operations by assisting with inventory management, vehicle displays, and administrative tasks.

Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Requirements:

2 years of experience in sales or the automotive industry is preferred, though we are open to candidates with a passion for cars and a drive to learn.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers professionally.

A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.

A team player who can take direction and work collaboratively with colleagues.

A valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record.
