Your Role:
You’ll be the engine room behind commercial and residential deals, with responsibilities spanning:

Assisting with complex credit submissions, both in home lending and commercial finance.

Preparing term sheets, financial analysis and modelling.

Structuring and packaging deals for lender presentation.

Working alongside offshore admin support to keep processes moving efficiently.

Supporting ongoing client relationship management and internal growth.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Strong foundation in credit writing, credit analysis, or commercial lending.

Experience working with financial statements and corporate structures.

Attention to detail and high accountability.

Ambition to grow into a client-facing Relationship Manager role.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
