As a Commercial Banking Manager, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of diverse and property-focused commercial clients. You’ll be trusted to:

• Structure and deliver tailored finance solutions across diversifiedm development, investment, and acquisition
• Prepare and present robust credit submissions for complex transactions
• Build deep relationships with clients, brokers, and referral partners
• Identify and convert new business opportunities in the diverse commercial and property sector
• Meet and exceed revenue, margin, and cross-sell targets

What you bring:
You’re a seasoned banker with at least 3 years’ experience in commercial or business banking, ideally with some proven exposure to property finance. You understand the nuances of lending—from risk assessment and market cycles to deal structuring and stakeholder engagement. You’re commercially savvy, relationship-driven, and passionate about helping clients grow.
