About the Role

Just Quality is looking for a data-driven PPC Specialist to join our in-house marketing team in Adelaide. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns—with a strong focus on performance analysis, strategic thinking, and persuasive ad copywriting.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Google Ads agency experience or similar, excellent analytical and logical thinking skills, and a track record of delivering measurable results. Experience in the home improvement sector is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max

Write high-performing ad copy tailored for conversions

Use GA4 and Google Tag Manager for tracking and analysis

Set up conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and remarketing audiences

Deliver clear, actionable reporting with strategic recommendations

Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with business goals

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years of Google Ads agency experience or similar

Strong data analysis and optimisation skills

Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving ability

Proficient in GA4 and Google Tag Manager

Confident writing ad copy for Search and Display

Experience with home improvement clients is highly regarded

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with Facebook Ads (Meta)

SEO knowledge and implementation experience

Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut)

Experience with WordPress/Elementor

Basic multimedia design skills to produce compelling creative assets aligned with campaign goals
