SPARE PARTS / JOB COORDINATOR & WAREHOUSING

Altendorf is a global manufacturer and supplier of Sliding Table Saws and Edgebanders for wood working, kitchen and wardrobe manufacturers, plastics, and shop fitting industries around the world.

An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and enthusiastic Spare Parts, Job Coordinator and Warehousing person to join the Altendorf team at our head office in Eastern Creek NSW. This is a full-time sole charge job, Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Duties of the Role will include:

Organise deliveries and installations of machines nationwide.

Communicate to customers all related requirements for delivery and installation of the machines.

Assisting customers and field technicians with all spare parts inquiries

Manage web sales and enquiries for spare parts.

Manage all applicable warranties.

Liaise with local and overseas suppliers.

Pick & pack spare parts orders for delivery.

Organise freight and couriers.

Load and unload trucks

Unload containers

Process incoming parts / stocks and update system inventory

Work closely with customer service team and technician's daily schedules

Answer telephone calls

General warehousing, showroom maintenance, housekeeping, and other duties

Skill Set and Other Requirements:

Must have car and forklift (or obtain immediately) driver’s license.

Understanding of Warehousing, Stock Control and Material Handling

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent customer service skills

Experienced in using Microsoft Office and other inventory software.

Have a prominent level of diligence.

Must be dependable, adaptable, enthusiastic, accurate and enjoy a variety of jobs.

Able to maintain office security and comply with policies and procedures.
