Remuneration: $98,000 + 12% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Employee Discounts

BlueCare are seeking a Rostering and Scheduling Specialist to lead the implementation of best-practice rostering and scheduling systems and processes across the business. You will have responsibility for analysing data, reporting and forecasting to optimise resource allocation while ensuring compliance requirements are being met. The position will support Neighbourhood leaders in achieving KPIs pertaining to customer satisfaction and team productivity.
What makes a difference for us?
Demonstrated experience in rostering and scheduling in a large and complex business environment
Experience interpreting and working with Enterprise Agreements, legislation and employment regulations
Business analysis experience and working within project management
Knowledge of client scheduling applications and/or systems
Effective stakeholder engagement and coaching skills
Experience with the AlayaCare application and UKG (Kronos) is highly desirable
