About the Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager Australia, this role is responsible for managing key financial processes, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making. You’ll work across asset management, budgeting, payroll, and financial analysis in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update the Fixed Assets Register and related transactions

Prepare monthly accruals, general journals, and stock movement entries

Analyze and process workshop recharges and fleet-related costs

Maintain insurance records, fuel consumption data, and issue recharge invoices

Assist with monthly financial reporting, BAS returns, and balance sheet reconciliations

Support budgeting, tender analysis, and cost modelling

Oversee payroll, review month- end payments, and FBT documentation

Maintain systems like SAP and Concur, including user and cost rate setups

Liaise with external auditors and support accounts payable/receivable functions

Perform other duties as delegated by the Finance Manager Australia

About You

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field

CPA/CA qualified or working towards

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role

Strong understanding of financial reporting and cost analysis

Proficiency in SAP and Concur

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Ability to work independently and within a team
