Due to ongoing growth and new projects planned for 2025, they are seeking a new and very ambitious Financial Accountant to join on a permanent full-time basis who will act as a key member of the financial control team.

Your new role

Main duties will involve but not be limited to:

• End-of-month financial reporting
• Processing tax returns (GST, FBT, Income)
• Assisting with transfer pricing
• Supporting the groups internal audit, statutory audit and stock take
• Business partner with key stakeholders on a daily basis
• Detailed analysis of the general ledger
• Managing risk and compliance

What you'll need to succeed

• Business degree with a major in accounting
• Membership of CA/CPA or ambition to work towards
• Good understanding of tax (FBT, GST, Income)
• 3+ years' of experience in a similar role
• Blue collar industry experience would be ideal
• Proficient in SAP or a similar large-scale ERP
