The Role

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team.

As an Educator at Sesame Lane, you will:

Create engaging, inspiring learning environments for children.

Work closely with your team to plan and deliver high-quality educational programs.

Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Support children’s holistic development through curiosity-led, play-based learning.

Continue developing your own skills with access to professional development and mentoring.

You’ll be supported by a leadership team including Service Managers, an Educational Leader, Educational Mentor, Inclusion Support Coordinator, and Area Manager. Together, you’ll make a positive difference in the lives of children and their families.

This role is ideal for someone who loves being hands-on, is a lifelong learner, and wants to grow their career in early childhood education.

What We’re Looking For

✔ A love of learning and working with children
✔ Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
✔ A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
✔ Excellent teamwork and communication skills
✔ Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
✔ A sense of fun and creativity
✔ Passion for sustainable practices and innovative learning
