About the Role:
We are currently seeking 3 inspiring and innovative Permanent Assistant Educators. These are support roles, where you will cover sick and annual leave, and lunch and programming. We are also looking for Casual Educators to join our relief pool, for regular, ongoing shifts according to your availability.
The successful candidates will have a passion for delivering high quality education and care and be able to work collaboratively with all educators to ensure high quality practice is achieved.
To be considered for the roles, you will require:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or currently studying either
Experience in delivering high quality education and care within an Education and Care setting
Knowledge of the Education and Care Services Regulations and Law
Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and The National Quality Standard
A current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willing to obtain, Working with Children Check (Blue card)
Role Requirements:
Reporting to the Centre Director and Assistant Director, you will be required to assist in the supervision, care and education of children, and support the successful day-to-day operation of the centre.
Assist in the planning and implementation of suitable programs to children attending the centre, supporting their general development, in conjunction with creating a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment.
You will need to be compassionate, have the ability to build rapport with both children and parents, be hygiene and safety focused, and be a positive team player.
Permanent position:
Must be available 37.5 hours per week, between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm (for permanent part time positions)
You have permanent working rights in Australia for the permanent positions (if you require sponsorship or have limited work hours, please do not apply as we are unable to provide this)

Above Award wages for permanent educators- 5% for Assistant Educators and 8.5% for Room Leaders
