Senior Baker – Bondi Beach

Bondi Boulangerie is a fast-growing, French bakery with locations across Sydney. We’re known for our commitment to quality, fresh daily baking, and vibrant brand identity. As our business expands, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Baker to support and help lead production at our all locations.

We bake everything fresh each day using traditional techniques and the best ingredients — no shortcuts. The Senior Baker will play a key role in maintaining product consistency, supporting the team, and contributing to innovation across our bread and pastry range.

What We’re Looking For:

Certificate III or IV in Baking and/or Pastry

Minimum 4 years of professional baking experience, including team support or supervision

Strong skills in all areas of artisan bread and viennoiserie production

Confident working to production schedules in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

High standards for quality, consistency, and food safety

A collaborative and reliable team player with a hands-on mindset

Key Responsibilities:

Produce high-quality bread prodcuts to daily targets

Support the team in leading the production

Help train and mentor junior bakers and support staff

Maintain consistency in recipes, shaping, baking, and presentation

Assist with prep planning, stock rotation, and waste management

Contribute to seasonal product development (e.g. Christmas, Easter)

Ensure all cleaning, food safety, and record-keeping is followed

Bring ideas to improve daily workflow and team productivity
