We’re on the lookout for a Corporate Sales Coordinator who’s ready to bring creativity, care, and commercial acumen to the table. About the Role
As our new Corporate Sales Coordinator, you'll be the trusted point of contact for our corporate customers — from their first inquiry to the final delivery of a perfectly crafted gift. This is a role where customer care meets creativity, and sales strategy meets human connection.
Based in our Artarmon office (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm), you’ll play a vital part in driving the growth of our corporate customer base while ensuring every client feels valued, understood, and inspired by what we offer. Some flexibility to work out of the office is also possible – all your tools travel with you.
Your Key Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for inbound corporate enquiries — phone, email, and web
Guide customers to the perfect gifting solution, acting as their personal gifting advisor
Develop tailored proposals that balance customer needs, budgets, and creativity
Coordinate with our operations team to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional service
Meet quarterly and annual sales targets on a commission basis
Prepare invoices and manage payment processes
Follow up on past orders and conduct quality checks with clients to build loyalty
Reconnect with lapsed customers to re-ignite engagement
Support outbound sales and marketing campaigns that grow our corporate client base
Troubleshoot issues with empathy and speed — always turning challenges into solutions
What You’ll Bring
Experience in corporate sales, client service or account management (ecommerce a bonus!)
A friendly, professional phone manner and great communication skills
Your creative skills! Help our customers create their own perfect hampers and gifts
High attention to detail — nothing slips through the cracks on your watch
A tenacious approach to problem-solving and customer requests
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities — you thrive when juggling multiple projects
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and confidence using web-based tools
A genuine desire to make customers feel heard, appreciated, and delighted
A team player mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
