With a focus on strong values, cross-functional collaboration, and long-term development, they’re now looking to appoint a Management Accountant to support financial operations and reporting across key areas of the business.

The Role

This is a broad, hands-on accounting role with responsibility for monthly reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis. Working closely with stakeholders across operations, supply chain, and commercial teams, you’ll support performance insights, maintain reporting accuracy, and contribute to ongoing improvements in financial processes.
Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing monthly financial reports, analysis, and commentary
• Managing P&L, balance sheet integrity, and general ledger reconciliations
• Performing variance analysis and linking results to operational KPIs
• Leading month-end close processes including accruals and provisions
• Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and business planning cycles
• Managing stock control reporting, fixed asset registers, and capital expenditure
• Providing financial insights and supporting cost control initiatives
• Assisting the broader finance function and supporting external audits

Skills and Experience

• Degree qualified in Accounting or Commerce; CA/CPA qualified or studying
• 3–5 years’ experience in a management accounting or commercial finance role
• Manufacturing industry experience highly regarded
• Strong ERP systems knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar)
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Effective communicator with the ability to work across non-financial teams
• Proactive and confident with a continuous improvement approach
