What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar CDP or senior kitchen role

Strong understanding of European techniques and flavours

Proven ability to lead and support a section under pressure

A passion for quality produce and a drive for culinary excellence

Team player with great communication and time management skills
