We’re looking to add to our team with motivated, passionate and quality talent - Full time role available. The Chef de Partie is an essential member of our tight nit kitchen team. We are looking for someone who is self motivated and eager to learn and grow with us. This is an exciting role with a growing hospitality group with lots of potential for growth for the right individual.

Qualifications & experience

5+ years of experience in culinary based kitchens

Certification in Hospitality / (cookery) or equivalent (preferred)

Excellent food knowledge, particularly in the Italian sector

Tasks & responsibilities

Ensure high performance and maintain, quality, excellence & hospitality throughout each day’s service periods.

Ensure consistent execution of food and timely flow of service from your section by liaising with the team.

Educate dining room service staff on all aspects of food menu & culinary procedures through tastings and staff presentation

Maintain positive working relationship with dining room management and front of house staff at all times

Ensure that all recipes, product, food preparations and food execution meet the venue’s specifications and commitment to culinary excellence. To the highest degree possible, ensure that kitchen & pasta lab is kept clean, safe and up to all health code standards.

Ensure all team members are appropriately trained to execute station properly, partnering with the Sous Chef to make sure that all new hires are adequately trained before beginning their new role.

Provide feedback and guidance with quality, excellence and hospitality in mind, ensuring that all team members have a pathway for growth and development.
