Our Client
We’re currently partnering with a well-established and highly respected leader in the natural health and wellness industry. Due to continued growth and strong demand for their products, they’re now looking for experienced production operators to join their dynamic team.

About the Role:

8–12 weeks of ongoing work

Morning Shift: Start between 6:00 am to 2:00 pm – $37.57 per hour + super

Key Responsibilities:

Operate complex machinery such as powder mixers, granulation machines, fluid bed dryers, tablet coating, and compression machines

Clean and maintain production equipment in line with SOPs and GMP standards

Perform sterile cleaning of manufacturing equipment within production suites

Weigh, dispense, and handle raw materials using 3WS and manual weighing systems

Perform changeovers, machine setups, and basic equipment adjustments

Mix and blend ingredients for formulations and prepare coating solutions

Operate other production equipment such as solution mixers, drum lifters, tippers, and stackers

Accurately complete required paperwork and data entry

Handle and dispose of potent compound raw materials safely

Participate in shift handovers and follow all site safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

Previous machine operating experience minimum 3 years

Good mechanical aptitude

Troubleshooting skills

Physically fit – able to lift up to 25kg

Experience in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing is a MUST

Strong focus on meeting targets and maintaining safety standards

Good communication skills

Reliable transport and availability for an immediate start

Pre-Employment Requirements

Site tour and safety induction

Medical check or completed GP medical form (employee's responsibility)

National Police Check (covered by the company)
