Our Client

We’re currently partnering with a well-established and highly respected leader in the natural health and wellness industry. Due to continued growth and high demand for their products, they’re now looking for experienced Production Operators to join their dynamic team.

About the Role:

Duration: 8–12 weeks of ongoing casual work

Shifts Available:

Morning Shift: between 6:00 am to 2:00 pm – $39.07/hr + super

Night Shift: between 10:00 pm to 6:00 am – $48.09/hr + super

Key Responsibilities:

Operate complex machinery including powder mixers, granulators, fluid bed dryers, tablet coating & compression machines

Clean and maintain production equipment following GMP & SOPs

Perform sterile cleaning within production suites

Weigh, dispense, and handle raw materials using 3WS and manual systems

Conduct changeovers, setups, and basic equipment adjustments

Mix ingredients for formulations and prepare coating solutions

Operate additional equipment: solution mixers, drum lifters, tippers, and stackers

Complete documentation and data entry accurately

Handle and dispose of potent raw materials safely

Participate in shift handovers and follow strict site safety protocols

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a machine operator

Experience in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing – ESSENTIAL

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Physically fit – able to lift up to 25kg

Strong attention to safety and production targets

Good verbal and written communication skills

Must have reliable transport and be available for immediate start

Pre-Employment Requirements:

Site tour and safety induction

Medical clearance (via GP form or medical check – employee's responsibility)

National Police Check (covered by the company)
