We’re seeking skilled and reliable Machine Operators to join a reputable manufacturing company located in Melbourne’s Bayside and Southeastern suburbs. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work in a stable, team-oriented environment.

Current Vacancies

Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | $33.93 per hour | 1 position available

Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | $39.00 per hour | 1 position available

Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $44.00 per hour | 1 position available

Key Responsibilities

Operate machinery used in the production of rubber and polymer plastic products

Safely handle knives and operate overhead cranes

Perform general warehouse and distribution duties

Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures

Contribute to a productive and positive team environment

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in machine operation within a manufacturing setting

Valid Australian working rights

Forklift Licence (LF)

Current Police Check and Driver’s Licence

Strong time management, reliability, and work ethic

Ability to complete repetitive tasks efficiently and safely

Strong literacy and numeracy skills

Safety-focused with strong attention to detail

Team player who can also work independently
