About the Role
- Full-time 12-month Fixed term contract (38 hours per week)
- Hybrid (3 days in Parramatta, 2 days WFH)
- Attractive remuneration: Base salary + salary packaging benefits up to $18,550 (pay less tax) + 12% superannuation
- Willing to travel in NSW and ACT if business requires
About the Role:
As the Partnerships Manager – Home and Community Care, you’ll lead the development and implementation of strategic partnerships that increase awareness of Uniting’s home care services and improve client referrals. This role plays a critical part in expanding service reach and ensuring more people have access to quality care.
You’ll work across sectors—health, government, corporate, and community—to foster long-term, trust-based relationships that contribute to Uniting’s mission and growth.
Role Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute a partnership strategy focused on referral growth
- Identify and advance strategic partnerships and new ventures
- Lead joint projects with government, corporate, and non-profit partners
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth delivery of partnership initiatives
- Create educational materials for external partners and stakeholders
- Support training to enhance team engagement with referrer networks
- Represent Uniting at industry, government, and community events
- Report on performance metrics including referral volume, uptake, and outcomes
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business, healthcare, or community field - OR equivalent experience)
- 5+ years’ experience in partnerships, stakeholder engagement, or business development within aged care, healthcare, disability, or community services
- Experience working with My Aged Care, home care reforms, or related funding models
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing and contract negotiation
- Comfortable representing an organisation at public events, roundtables, and industry forums
- Proven ability to engage with healthcare providers, government agencies, and community groups
- Driver’s Licence, WWVP and NDISWC
